1. Start off in Tadasana.
2. Lift up your left foot and put that thigh over your right thigh.
3. Bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle and cross them such that the right elbow joint is above the left one.
4. Press your palms together and raise them so that your forearms are perpendicular to the floor.
5. Hold the pose for 15-30 seconds depending on your needs.
6. Unwind legs first and assume a strong foundation and then unwind your arms.
*Throughout the posture make sure that your back is straight and shoulders moved into your spine.
